That cash goes to the top stock holders, before the company crashes. The Gov. Slaps their hand and they find another company to suck dry.
They have laid off key support groups to be able to manufacture.

Well it wont be long for Weatherford to fold. They are already done in the northeast. Zero jobs and zero sales prospects. Counting all assets and tagging everything getting it ready for someone or something.
How much market share does Weatherford have, <5 percent, and Halliburton would only pick up a portion of that.
Halliburton may be flushed with cash, But the DMC plant is not a very good money making plant. DMC needs restructured completely. The major problem is that it runs at too high of an employment rate. The method needed is to pay the employees super well, but also keep only the good employee and then make themwork three times harder than they do now. There are too many people goofing off to make that company profitable. next is to get a single manager that actually watches his employees and repremand those that are late, on their phones,
goofing off, wasting time by going to slow. The over all work ethic is way bad at DMC. I have worked at many mfg plants and DMC is the biggest bunch of complainers i have ever seen. And by far the dumbest and laziest. Way too many buddy boys and girls that are bringing down their own ship. Idiots.
