To hear senior leadership say that the job cuts haven't affected work and 'haven't cut into the bone'. It's at the point where everyone is working multiple jobs under crushing stress. There are so many tasks and responsibilities that are falling through the cracks that it will be hard to sustain normal business functions much longer.
It's going to be a long road ahead.
Yeah the stress over the last 4 years has been horrible. Marriages, families all suffered and some fell apart. It's been sad to see and hard to go through. I've seen good men lose it all even their mental health. Despite their hard work, long hours and dedication they were just worked harder and longer and not compensated, actually they were cut in pay. It's been enough to turn the best men bad and we've seen that too. It's gotten to the point that I don't trust anyone above the service manager and I'm losing faith there as well.
I'm thinking it might just be time to find a new industry, I'm seeing no indicators that this current situation can be salvaged. You all need to remember that the disease eating away at the company was here even in good times, but high prices in oil masked the symptoms. 2 years ago the pain Medus wore off and we now see a company that has stage 4 cancer. I don't know of a businessman in the world at this point who could turn this company around.
