I know that the business unit I'm employed not a single manager PGL or supervisor has been let go. Some are good but some are awful. They take the salary every month but shirk the responsibility that comes with the pay check. More jobs will be cut soon, do you really think shareholders will be paying the $3.5 billion break up fee out of their dividends? These shirkers should be the 1st to be cut. NAME THEM AND SHAME THEM IN THE HOPE THAT SOME VP READS THIS SITE

Why do you think that Halliburton has set up these "management enclaves" where the current over supply of management is being sent, to bide their time, until things improve.
Full expense paid moves, relocation allowances, current housing bought, and transferred to the administration facilities at closed camps, where they will retain their current salaries, but be out of the sight of prying eyes.
It all adds up, since the cost of living will be much cheaper in the areas where the downturn has hit hardest, so, for all intents and purposes, the people being relocated, have received a huge raise to offset having to live among the peasants.
