Folks are taking much more than a 10% hit. Add up the furlough, no 401K matching, the forced use of vacation so if they are let go those dollars are gifted back to WFT, and probably no raise in many years. There are still business groups at corporate that have not had to take any cut in pay and they still got bonuses.

Furloughs are the calling of," wake the f--- up you dumbass!" did you have a hard look at your last paycheck? I did and I now can make the same amount of money at burger king and get a free meal.
I have gotten away from this Furlough sucking company and wow I make more than I did at this great place with even better benefits.

Man it's brutal right now. I wish I could quit but there's nothing out there or if there is I can't see it. I remember a couple of year ago recruiters were fighting over me even though I wasn't even looking. Not do much now, I don't even get a call anymore ...

Depends on what your specialty is. If you are in finance/accounting,HR,recruiting, you can find something else.
