I see $20.4 million in stocks, $3.9 million in cash incentives, and $8.7 million in "other" for the 6 names on that page. That's $33 million in discretionary pay for the people who should be the most accountable for the state of the company. I'm not an accountant but $33 million sounds like a lot of jobs.
He made 15 million in 2015? Am I reading this correct? He got a 1 million dollar pay raise?!?!?
