@H8X, can you please name those second tier companies?
Never heard of them, I know there are a lot of second tier companies but for most Sallie Mae/Navient was the first inept set of crooks who auto dial people 20 times a day with machines or mumbling Indians until the loans go into default.
Indeed. TG works with Interstate Alliance, a debt collector company, that send their thugs to harass students about their pending school loans. So folks, get ready to have a blocking app installed to your phones.
Texas Guaranteed. They manage student loans same as Sallie Mae. But Sallie Mae recently re-branded the company to now called "Navient." Now, students that have defaulted have their loans passed around like a baton at the relay race. I'm suspecting that TG is it, your new debt collector, if you say Navient is going down soon. There's more to this complicated bs, so I tried to narrow it down as possible. (SMH@higher learning).
What is TG? This is only about Navient and Sallie Mae hiring inept morons and setting up pay structures that push people into defaults and do not inform them of defense to repayment options or discharges they may be eligible for. They have also ripped off the military at will for decades with barely any kind of punishment for doing so.
Is TG going down also?
