It has been stated. ..The list for the next layoff has already been made. ..but it's not just about jobs. ..It's also getting rid of people they don't like. A pay back in the worse way. Remember layoffs is about politics, and what is easy.. However....they will use any excuse to get rid of you even if you are a good worker. The worse is yet to come...as they get rid of the smart and good people...I hope other companies take them in and give the CP stocks a run for their money. ..The rules being played to determine who goes is completely dirty.

I wish I could disagree with you, but our twin CIO set up seems to be armed with razor sharp knives and are cutting like Freddy Kruger. As someone else mentioned, what few jobs are not sent overseas and are remaining in the US are being back filled with people imported from Europe, India, and Latam with no regard of their knowledge or fit for the position.
