Dear Moron,

For once in your life, take a seat on daddy's lap, and listen! The directors and such will be waking up to a harsh reality, very soon! The P has brainwashed you all into believing, this is a real career! Once you have to get a real job with responsibilities, you will be fired! Here, I conducted a list of differences between the P and a real career!

  1. No more dressing up like one is going to a dance club! Can't wear your dress from high school! Get over it, it's ok, fat people get married too!

  2. A real career doesn't let a person pretend to work for 6 years (3 of the 6) were on FMLA! Cmon folks, the person next to you is probably on it!

  3. You are more than likely, smarter than your fake manager, yet they should of been canned in a week! Still pretending to work ,though! Face it, half these clowns couldn't manage their way out of a wet paper bag!

  4. The entire place is smoke and mirrors and cloak and dagger! Door shutting all the time, try to make employees believe there is no better opportunities for you! Oh how can we make our people drink the kool-aid!

  5. And my favy! Vacation ....Seriously? 5/6 weeks worth? That's unheard of, unless you are big time! Get over it, back down to two weeks, fairly tail is over! Cancel all those little vacations with your family, because you only have two weeks like normal people! I can't wait to see people deal with this reality! They'll be crying, mostly on their 3 day vacation which normally would of been 3 weeks!

I can't wait to see this list grow! Please add! And for the record, look at my writing skills! No errors, well put together! Just say it! I rock!

Oh yeah the company is thriving, how many straight quarters of losses there upper management? Try to do our job for 15 min and deal with sh*t ducking a$$holes like you and you will blow your head off. Management at this place is completely and profoundly useless. You all of no clue about our processes or our students. Hence why this place is burning to the ground. Maybe if you would have listened to your lowly worker bees years ago and stopped enrolling every illiterate person that could barely speak a 3 word sentence this place would not be in this position. GREED and the Holy then thou attitude that leadership here has is what has caused this.

Upper management is not replaceable and worker bees are. Maybe one day you will see that. You are indeed below us. When we are let go, we are cut checks for millions. What do you get, oh yeah, an unemployment check. We make the decisions and you don't. This is why the company continues to thrive without most of these worthless worker bees. So go cry to your next employer.

Worker bees are judged on numbers. This is clearly not case pertaining to upper management and executives who still get paid for a company reporting losses in the millions. Management is in charge of worker bees and if all were being monitored and judged fairly, poor performers should be let go fairly not all of a sudden in a whirlpool action. I had a manager with horrible attendance .how can someone who is not there lead a team? Or lead them to succesd? There has been so many changes in last 2 years with reorganization, new computer systems, outsourcing tech support , new managers and teammate s every 6 months and a new 5 year plan every 6 months...there are lazy people at all levels.... somebody needs to look at the people who are most inefficient and getting paid the most for that inefficiency. Worker bees take their lead from managers. .because they sure stopped listening to any input from the worker bees a long long time ago. How many managers and directors are needed for how many workers? Especially with all this state-of-the-art fantastic automation and software the UOP is implementing to replace humans...as managers are being told to scan their staff and reduce their Workforce they would have to be aware they are cutting their own throats as they reduce their staff they reduce the need for managers and eventually directors. I have had 3 out of 9 managers that were even close to being skilled managers..and a lot of their success was associated with respect to their staff and not acting as if they were better then someone else or by talking down to people. All that is happening is not fair and not everyone deserves the bad treatment they are getting...but in the long term most get back what they have handed out.

The state and city governments do this..they don't fire people..they give them unpaid time off..if you are out of sick and vacation....saves them money not paid out in payroll buying them time to get back on their feet financially. Seems futile effort for UOP..why not eliminate some high level salaries and keep the actual worker bees that have something to contribute. Making people go without pay when ineffective management hoards millions is ridiculous management.

I concur with IT guy ,in the most triumphant way! I guess the important people didn't pay much mind to Rufus' lectures. The bodacious intenna needs fixing before we can travel back in time! Everyone most definitely knows this! Soooocrates and Billy the Kid are going to save the day and re-kindle the most excellent of times! "Hey, give our love to the princesses when you see them!
