Layne Harmon- Worst manager I've ever run across. If you are not in his little clique, he will do everything he can to get rid of you. If you play his games and run around behind everyone's backs, you will do fine. Too much drama and infighting. He destroyed the morale at his last posting (before the cuts). Everyone was scared of losing their jobs even before the layoffs were announced.
