Supposedly mega is due for a considerable workforce reduction but they'll be ok with it. After all, they're Canadian.

Mega sales dropped substantially after being bought by Mattel. Like almost 50% the first year. Most of the Mattel upper management sent there from ES were then removed. Better 2nd year still far off pre-Mattel numbers. They tried to sell the Arts/Crafts department but no sale. No one is happy.
They hate our process and consider it stifling and slowing down their productivity. Go figure.
