Look at it this way, they lost all their liner work a long time ago, and there was not enough service tool work to count on, they might have run a cement retainer once every few months, and most of that was done on wireline, and as far as retrievable tools, a couple of times a year.

As frac plugs go, their main customer went from seven rigs to one rig, and the competition has pretty much the rest of the market sewn up, OR, Halliburton sells the plugs, and the wireline crews run them.

Halliburton is NOT interested in servicing the independent in the best of times, and there are independent service companies that can and WILL supply better service, and value that the modern Halliburton is willing to give these small operators.

Once again, ALL this can be laid at the feet of Dave, and his 'modern management methods.

Didn't know they had any real tool hands left! Well one that I know of that is an actual tool hand. The rest were just screw driver bitches. Hello people the oilfield is in the sh--ter and Halliburton isn't even the company it used to be. They should be respectful to old man Earl P and change their name. I bet there is smoke coming from his grave right now as fast as he is spinning.
