Here i get to sit in assembly and watch good hard working people in other departments get walked out.
Assembly is bloated with useless management.
You have the seal supervisor who everyone knows doesnt follow SOPs and goes outside the Methods to get it done
You have the assistant supervisor (KM) who does nothing but sit at her pretty little desk and figure out how to lie about qns that she writes up. (There is a reason we have ZERO qns)
You have D.B. who walks around with a clipboard that does absolutely nothing.
You have K.J. come on since when does 3 employees need a lead plus a supervisor
J.M lol this guy was sent over from winding bc they knew how incompetent he was.
You have D.T. over at leap that makes his own rules and runs with them. Lets have a big meeting about only doing what we are qualified to do but lets continue to let leap modify parts as they go. (No wonder these things fail)
I guess as the saying goes it isnt who you know it is always who you blow.
Close all Oklahoma down. Its a dump.
All is quiet in Tulsa tonight. Calm before the storm?
Took 5 inspectors, 2 pcs, and alot others. Winding lost 1. Should be more tomorrow with assembly starting. Leap also looks to be knocking on incompetent peoples doors
Which groups? Manufacturing? Engineering?
Hit pump ,lowery, and cable today.
Layoffs at claremore pump still rolling strong. Several hit this morning.
Any thoughts on Tulsa? Our pump assembly guys on days have been sent out to shipping to look for reclaim and P/T equipment. Seal assy.shut down also. Are they just buying time?
Love how so many areas are so top heavy (assembly) but they dont get touched. You have B.T., D.T. and K.M. which are all worthless.
Not a rumor just fact. It will spread to all of the Oklahoma plants by April 15th mass layoffs. Big meeting Tuesday 3/22/16 in SandSprings.
