I was there over 3 decades & it took it least approx. 10 years from what I saw. It was slow, but sure decay in upper mismanagement. Once the really bad/useless/no talent/can't make a decision mismanagement Design wise got in power by groveling, the slide quickly increased speed to where it is now.
You have to remember that Design/Product is the backbone of this place. Failed, cost reduced, crap product equals no sales, no profit.
It's now the worst it's ever been which is why the morale is also @ an all time low. I guess we just have to wait & see what happens before April 4th which is not far away. I know for a fact that several years ago some higher paid people with a longer tenure had to either take a pay cut or get whacked.
