are the guys who can shake things up at Grainger
Only thing holding stock price up & saving Ryan is buybacks
Once they burn thru buyback money sometime in 2017 the stock will tank Ryan will leave with generational wealth and never look back
Hopefully a activist like Carl Ican will jump in & clean out the board & turn things around . Unformatuly the current board is old school 20th century leaders who have no idea how technology is changing the MRO distribution business
They just rubber stamp everything Ryan the Chairman of the Board President and CEO wants
Like Ryan they are in the top 1% and probably spend more time worrying about their golf game than Grainger workers and customers
I plan to keep a little stock hoping for an activist lowering my risk
my gut tells me we could be the next Sears or Montgomery Ward
