Okc layed off 31, favoritism definitly came into play , if you weren't on the list of the elitist gang who run the place you got to see how things can go bad for you in a hurry.(disclaimer: just my opinion based off perception )

At first glance, the location is a professional, well run facility. Spend any amount of time there and you'll see how things are actually ran. Shady promotions, conflicts of interest and unethical favoritism rule the day here. Beware.
Where's the "like" button on this site?! 100% truth. What's sad is that most of these comments will be perceived as disgruntled employees/ex-employees, but the truth of the matter is that the OKC facility is corrupt. I'm sure the same thing can be said for many locations. If you're not one of the "in crowd" or a connected family member, your time is limited. You do get an exception to this rule depending on how well you uplift these company demigod's and the associated. Even further saddening is how many have been let go that are more educated, more intelligent and would've been better managers than those in the "crew." In any case, if kissing the assof these anointed isn't your thing, either sell your soul and learn or get your resume out there before you get canned.

All the yes men: the back stabing tactics you used to remain gainfully employed will surely haunt you now. SLB has their own good ole boys com in to get yah job.
Back door Promises and shady deals have in my opinion what are this company was built on. Won't SLB be surprised once they find out. Knowledge and integrity were not a part of the Companies success. Those good ole boys are just biding time!
