Net app is no different than any other company that was doing well and paid well. We spent more time working up rather than working out. The Directors had some real power issues on who was who so that slowed down progress. we would get feedback on who we could talk too and those we were not allowed to talk too. We we told we needed to make decisions however never allowed to make them. It had it's day and know they are having a slow death. I made a lot of money for my hard work so I can't complain as it is no. Different than any other Corp. know when it is your turn to go. I do Agee when the sun folks came in it really started to suck working there. Best of luck for all of you still there

I agree. Well said. I can't complain I was paid well. Great perks. Coffee,fruit,bagels. Parties for holidays.
When it came to some of the Directors major power trip. Especially the Sun folks. Don't do this, don't talk to this person, make decisions, why did you do that without consulting me first for decisions that were minor and what Dan had told us we were hired for. Not to be led around but to hit the ground running.
Well said and I agree with everything you said -- now 30+ days later I am so grateful that they forced me to leave.
