Bonus/merit?

Has anyone gotten bonus or merit (ha!) yet? That cryptic email said they would be "communicated" this week but it's been silent over here.

I was cut last year - my TRAC was met expectations for the first time in my career. I knew then I would be cut.

Employees at my AG store already got paperwork indicating bonus and MIP. Layoffs were done March 10

Yup, it's a big Happy Easter folks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mismanagement & HR give themselves raises/bonuses while throwing everybody else under the bus. Great job.

Back in the day the divisions that had the best profit numbers received the biggest bonuses. Lately, nothing has done well so how did they do the math?

Damn I'm so happy I decided to leave when I did as I hear it's just a wretched place to be now. Idiots like ClicheClown Down, WrongWeigh, Goodman, Kimone, the BlueBeard Freak Bros, Dickson, running the show. Holy Train Wreck Batman.

Rule of thumb, if you've received the paperwork, you're safe. If your director tells you you're not getting anything this year, expect to be let go. They will not be giving out bonuses or merit increases to anyone slated for dismissal. That is a cold hard fact. I know because I was given the paperwork for my team, told to hold onto it until a certain date and then give out the increases. There is one person on my team who by order of my director/VP was trashed this past review (I'm new to the position and haven't worked with this person long enough to write their review), there is no paperwork for merit or increase for this person. Like they don't exist on the team on paper. Simple math here folks.
