Your concerns are unfounded. Fortunately HAL has brought in and put in place a strategic contingent of talent acquired from GE. Battling these headwinds in these now turbulent waters has definitely proven to be a challenge that the current leadership regime has accepted, risen to and will daily continue to persevere. We can only imagine what might have been, could have been had not the proper leadership been assembled and put in place to provide guidance in these troubled times while also providing a shiny beacon to light our path as we approach the end of this darkened crossing of choppy business waters. Now, some of you may not get there with us. But be assured that those remaining will continue to perform to the highest of standards, setting the standards for years to come.
From Diamond Dave himself: "We are reviewing all opportunities for facility consolidation to reduce real estate expense. This includes exploring consolidation of the Oak Park and North Belt facilities in Houston into the current North Belt facility. Assuming we proceed with this consolidation, it would occur in the second half of 2016 and further details will be forthcoming, but we want to be transparent and provide you with as much advance notice as possible."
