Drunkards Wash, Price Utah Gilbert Vasquez, only retained employment because he's Mexican and they only have two in the hole field, the second one surprise is his worthless brother. Neither of them have any clue how to do their jobs so they spend their days finding ways to get others in trouble and keep the spot light off themselves. He changed religion to make Greg Ashdown Happy and was rewarded with a promotion. I work with the lumps on a log every day and I have no idea how they made it through both lay offs let alone how they ever kept employment even before the lay off.
Anyone who fixes contract bids to get the service provider with the best perks and anyone who knows this is being done. All the way up the chain.

Quite a few nasty individuals made it past the rounds of layoffs, unfortunately. Sad to watch the peer employees walked out the door while the nasty individuals remain.
