I have been screwed by HR at NTAP almost every year i have been employed. Every year changing comp plans so that you never make a penny more than the year before, all the while expounding on how you are being promoted and what a great deal you are getting.
Yet not one person from HR would agree to a call or face to face to justify their positions. Small town heros with no place to go. Just a bunch of company monkey losers, taking their misery out on those that can actually produce.
