I'm pretty sure the IT team has enough work to do just trying to lock down the accounts of the 200+ members of the managerial restructuring consultant team that they have scheduled for dismissal tomorrow.

Seems like this is a lot of people's first venture onto an online forum. A word from the wise, not everyone online is who they claim to be. Myself excluded of course.
As a large shareholder of APC, I am appalled that subtle intimidating tactics are being made to those that are simply excersing their constitutional rights AND Core Values. Although, they have indeed become somewhat disgusting, why are they being bullied when they are simply stating what you should be listening to and observing, rather than intimidating by informing them that their IP addresses are being monitored? I agree that company property should not be utilized, however, they are doing nothing more than what YOU have also done, by entering this site and expressing their concerns which is within the Core Values of Open Communication. However, now they are being bullied for doing what you have taught them to do, so should they be punished or should YOU for violating APC's Core Values by means of intimidation by not wanting them to excercise their Core Values? Needless to say, if they are being monitored this closely, why don't you listen and read the concerns of your employees and reaccess your true issues that need further attention in order to make much wiser decisions in the upcoming days, because obviously you haven't spoken one on one with any non-managerial employees to get their opinions.
