Folks? seriously? this is time to start having unions and i'm talking about field and engineering+Geoscience people alike.......it is becoming like a wild west. People work their asses off for years for the same company then turn down comes and company wouldn't hold on their employees for a year or two? They always opt for the quickest solution, axe the crap out off poor working family providers. Not even giving a shot to other option with a consensus among the workforce.Do you really beleive keeping exces will keep your boat floating.....i'm sorry to say it, but execs don't do shit compared to all those people doing the actual job........chop fews execs and save American jobs.....average joe's job so that he can provide to his familly and really contributes to the economy instead of scheming up with millions of dollars and help the speculative wall strees traders and hedge funds managers screw up the real economy growth contributors......
