This makes sense as to why the BoD puts up with Ron's failures. If they were serious about turning the company around they would have ditched him by now.

This is the path for this company. It's all about unloading and cashing in while you still can. Whoever believes that there is hope is unfortunately fooling themselves. It's so depressing to see companies like this hanging in there and dying slowly, all just so a few can suck the last bits of cash out of it.
If you are still in, make sure you get yours as well. It's only fair. Take everything you can. Trust me you'll regret it if you don't.
