They're at it again! More layoffs at IGT. They laid off employees in the Graphics Department the last week of February 2016. Insiders say IGT is doing small layoffs so not to grab the attention from the media. I, myself was laid of in 2015 and since them have been hearing horrible stories from employees how morale has been destroyed, and that IGT is "not THE place to work for anymore" since it has the reputation of laying off employees. I have been warning my Tech-savvy job hunting friends to stay clear of IGT and move on to a company that cares about their employees. When I talk to people around Reno they actually say, "How could you work for a company that is ALWAYS getting rid of their employees!"
Since Patti Hart took over she has single-handedly destroyed a once successful and innovative company. She's lied, surrounded herself with her cronies who had no Gaming experience, took advantage of the Corporate Jet for personal use, and made IGT the laughing stock of competitors who drove innovation ahead of IGT. Many ex-exmployees, and ex-employees with families are struggling because of Patti Hart's failure to lead a once great company.
You're a failure, Patti Hart!!!! You need to take your advice of "Courage to Change" and LEAVE IGT!!!!
