For the old school Phillips club, it seemed that many of them went to the same Church in Bville.
For the current club I'm not so sure. However, the general trend seems to be: short, bald/balding, below average in attractiveness, a gut, questionable ethics, bad business sense...

Don't know, but once your in you've made it! You can be a huge a**hole to your employees, make all the ethics violations you want, do illegal activities, take all the kickbacks you want, and all this with no risk of punishment.
