Offices are still staffed no hour reductions my guess is that they keep everything status quo so that they can say man numbers are really down at quarters end now we have to do a big layoff. ...instead of cutting hours , cutting contractors and doing the right thing ahead of time so more people can stay.... they are holding out on purpose so they have a "justified" reason to can a bunch of people
