Thread regarding Syntel Inc. layoffs

DD, DM Job Title

All DM,DD,EM current work is daily check facebook and linkedln accounts on regular basis, not sure what they want to check on daily basis, all laid ppl got very good jobs with good % hikes so humble request to them is dont waste time in looking how others are doing or what's happening in their life, rather do your job and take company to next level, if you dont do it Syntel will not last for more than 2 years from here then what will you ppl do?

if these DM, DD Ems had capability to take synt to next level the layoff's may have never happened.

these guys look for opportunities for them selves saying that they achieved savings by layoffs.

(since they layoff the good people with capability and who pose biggest threat to their own position)

the only thing they are capable of doing quickly is to take syn next lower level where work will done at much lower billing rate. and more work done and less dollar value realized.

this is the reason they want to get rid of seniors and get things done by fresher, which means less and less value added is being done which doesn't require expertise.

So no one will be hiring the these dd, dm em's so these guys become even more insecure and fire anybody who shows slightest hint of better capability and by forming a syndicate with HR and PDAC.

all issues complaint and grievance are suppressed systematically, even exit interviews are sabotaged and feedback not entered into system.

first the marati PDAC head bonde needs to be removed along with the tamil HR heads.

any one who referred a pofile in the mitr portal knows how much attention is given to the references.

so the recruitment head needs to be kicked out.

unless the chennai, pune regional lobbies are dismantled no hope for this company.
