Thread regarding Halliburton Co. layoffs

Just read my old boss resume...should I interview him?

After 15 yrs contributed to big Red I got let go 8 yrs ago from a hateful boss because I wasn't part of his Accenture!

My old boss is applying for a position in my team today.

Should I consider him since I have 76 other qualified candidate?

I am holding no grudge!

I am certain as soon as he comes in for the interview he will know he won't get the job.

Choose the best candidate, period. You are being paid to manage, not to go looking for redress.

Yeah go ahead and interview him and then later send him a rejection letter, saying he is underqualified.
