Romaine Edward of Fuel Systems in Columbus Indiana has made several degrading comments about females more so females in positions of authority. He has instructed the team on several occasions to go against what management dictates. Nothing ever seem to get done, he leave the office whenever he chooses, he seem to have a whole different rules that he abide by.
Cummins like many big corporations likes to boast how wonderful they are in giving to the United Way. But I believe that they are helping to create a need for the United Way in the first place by destroying the lives of their own employees with massive layoffs every few years.
