Thread regarding Baker Hughes Inc. layoffs

Don't quit

Lower management got the memo to frustrate people out to avoid paying severance packages. Don't quit! They want that. Do the bare minimum, forget loyalty, milk that cow. They will turn to policy and even go beyond policy to monitor and check every potential step you take. Your boss is not your friend. Learn the policy and use it to your advantage. Don't hesitate to report every slip up in policy, safety or conduct from management to HR. Don't be a victim of a system being used against you.

HR is evil. They are the absolute scum. All of them are snakes on Medusa's head.

It is not about the curry, it is about the toilet paper. We need the instruction manual. Until then we use the way of our countrymen - our index finger.

If it gets bad for an entire group get everyone to contact HR. There is power in numbers.

Curries routinely lie & back stab. Their output reflects their lower pay.
