Why Rob salmon is still there with him leading more than 50% of total netapp employees? Why was his org not right sized? It doesn't look like that GK is able to root cause the issues. Just randomly removing people from engineering isn't going to help you or netapp. GK needs to work on his GK when it comes to netapp. Send Rob Salmon, Anil Valluri home.

rob salmon said back in november last year that he was retiring at end of FY. he is/will be gone.
