Thread regarding NetApp layoffs

Have they started compacting and leasing out empty buildings in Sunnyvale yet?

The NetApp buildings are so much nicer than the TRW buildings they replaced.

Rumor is that Google are interested in acquiring 3 of the buildings.

Is the cafeteria still there? That was the only good thing at NTAP! Other than that, everything else sucked! I would trade CTAP for some soup or sushi from the cafeteria! The food would sell 10 times better, faster and would satisfy customers instead of making them vomit. :)

Before I left (Nov 2015), they were moving everyone to the main campus (B1-4, 7, 8, and 9) and leasing/selling all remaining.

@GeOlZqq-bxi: Building 10 was closed up? That's the building across Crossman from Building 1, right?

Real Estate is Netapp's most valuable asset. It used to be the talented employees but .... oh wait .... they've all been layed off, or left on their own and those who remain are either H1Bs, mediocre, ass-kissers or some combination.
