Heard massive lay offs will be happening over the next three weeks. Any information on this?

I just don't know about that. They may halt any other expenses then resume when things pick up.
Hold up.
Halliburton just started operating or if there and is closing most other locations in ok and north tx and moving what's left here. Plus they are building a major rail terminal in El reno for their pumping operations as well.
Verdict: El Reno is not closing.
