HR protects them, they cry about what they make but in the real world it's not even close to halliburtons inflated wages so they will never leave until someone walks them out
Easy there company guy. Im sure they have a plan for you. Maybe under a desk. I wasn't crying, I was bragging about how little I can do. Also there are a lot of good hands in the field now but I still say that about 1/3 of them are worthless.

40 hours only for all the hourly yard employees. You're already getting screwed on a low hourly wage. How do you break even or make more money? I hide in the shitter for at least 30 minutes a day, take extended breaks, long lunch, and work as slow as I can. When guys bring in equipment I complain that it needs cleaned before I work on it. Let the work load pile up and get back logged. Then I waste more time by asking what needs worked on next. Its a game to me to do as little as i can get away with. Oilfield minimum wage = minimum effort. I get paid great for the very little I contribute.
