chicken fingers are pay by the pound and not the weight of the man!
@GdVp3zc-2huf - if you bothered to read this thread you (should) notice that most of the posts are satirical / sarcastic and mock the corporate office.... no one really gives a shit about Staples' legal department or lack thereof.
Your syntax and choice of phrase makes you sound like a little kiss-ass Englishman I knew that always had his nose up the DM's arse. If she ever stopped short he would have been sucked in and never seen again.
"Some of you are so full of shit and full of bitter"
Come back after you get pushed out, after years of devoted service, for made up reasons just to avoid having to pay you severance and to prevent you from collecting UI.
Wow, someone's feathers are really ruffled over a trivial sarcastic comment. Maybe there is some truth to it.
To the poster of the comments about actively recruiting lawyers. That's utter trash. People. Seriously. Some of you are so full of shit and full of bitter as I get it. But piss the hell off and get out if u hate it. Seriously. Stop wasting your time. Staples has and always will use outside litigation. Any lawsuit they have ever faced has been represented by outside firms. They do not keep in house litigation teams. Period.
Michael Williams (General Counsel and Secretary) has directed HR to aggressively recruit attorneys in preparation of all the wrongful termination suits expected to be filed against Staples.
" They have cut down the number of chicken tenders from 4 to 3 at the cafeteria"
That 4th one out of each order goes to Otis. It's good bidness to implement a 25% chicken tender tax. Otis can't eat cheesesteaks everyday. Extra sauce packets now cost $1.
Rumor is they are going to cut the hours at the dry cleaners here at the office. They have cut down the number of chicken tenders from 4 to 3 at the cafeteria. They have cut our travel expenses allowed in half. They have asked us to use that time normally traveling in the field to empty our voice mailboxes. And the office next to me failed the fire inspection due to having boxes within 12 inches of a sprinkler head. Other than that golf season starts next week.
Staples does not learn from failures. Even if they opened SDOs again they will try to close them again, or pull what FedEx did, making drivers "independent contractors".
Remember, Ron's bonus is more important than your job.
Even if they do they don't have anybody that knows how to run them, stay away as far away as you can get don't even think about going back
DOES ANYBODY NKOW IF THEY ARE GOING TO OPEN THE SDOS IN CALIFORNIA
DOES ANYBODY KNOW IF THEY ARE GOING TO OPEN THE SDOS IN CALIFORNIA
This company is one big "Freaking" joke
LMFAO

Those of use that survived the carnage in January are back to snickering about how corporate screwed the stores again, but made it look like an hours increase.

Otis cut's to the head of the line at the cafeteria every day he's not out looking for victims in the stores.

When he is seen, Ron has an smug grin on his face (like Shkreli or Trump) and is rubbing his palms together. Those that listen close can hear him muttering "my bonus...my bonus..."

Shiria was overhead saying "We have a retail division? and I'm in charge of it? WTF who made that decision?"
