Yes, Denise Cox has created an organization where anyone is allowed to go directly to her (and she is proud of that) with issues. I'm all for open communications, but she totally undermines all her management team, and thrives on being the gate keeper of everything. No one trusts her, she's your best friend one day and the next day you're out the door. She's still living in the support world and her past life. Time to move on.
Until Denise Cox and more Sunnyvale is gone, expect another layoff this time next year.

Cox was in over her head, and didn't understand services, nor was she ever interested in learning from folks on her team that knew the business.

The thing is if you cut CSR from employee role but hire them back as a contractor role, it just doesnt save money but turn HR cost to operation cost only.

why the hell are all the useless managers in india sales team still around. they have taken the business down by 40% and still around driving their bmw's etc., there are product managers for ontap in the india sales team can you beat that? there are friends and relatives of the country manager anil valluri who just sit and browse the internet all day. there are people who are Anil Valluri's inner circle who go to club only after 6 months in the job and not carrying quota. will GK wake up smell whatever that can get him to see this rampant corruption? will you clean this shit or should we keep running around the office with our noses closed?
In addition, sadly, Denise Cox -who is responsible for failing to lead the enterprise PS business- is still around. Denise and her management team have no clue how to "transform" the company, and if they did, many people would not be in the predicament they are in now...yet, they are still around.

Kurian has no clue how to turn around the company and will be an epic failure. He lacks executive experience and presence to be impressive in front of other customer executives. His decision-making process is also highly questionable. Why Pat Weber still has a job is beyond me. Sadly this site can anticipate many more entries in the future as more layoffs are inevitable
