New VP is as bad as they said he was going to be. We've digressed (again) and at this point there is ZERO faith in leadership from the TOP all the way down now to the VP level. This guy spends two hours a day at the gym playing basketball with the directors. He openly has conversations about how none of the VP's that were rif'ed were on board with the direction the organization was headed and fought change constantly. No sh$ sherlock! How do people not see through this sh$? Not to mention he's illiterate and dresses like a slob. I just don't get it. Not that anyone cares, but we want our VP back...

Oh you have to be kidding me , she is still there ? I would have pegged her gone long ago due to her intellectual disabilities and diminished brain capacity. The only thing that well fed chub rock is good for is about 30 bars of soap from that fat ass .
I just laughed after reading this, it's no wonder people like LeAnna Montoya are in leadership roles in this company. She's the running joke of that place , anytime there is a layoff people always ask " if she is still there " I left this place 2.5 years ago and my old manager and director always talked about how everyone wondered how she kept a job let alone a job in a leadership role. Makes sense now , idiots from the top down , hopefully this place gets wiped out eventually and all these morons can be relieved of their duties and go cause chaos at another company , or in Montoyas case, Burger King.
