I'll predict March 7th for the 'Day 1' announcement when China should be done with their 30-day Phase 1 review process, but does anyone know the exact date SLB is planning for?

SLB is supposed to give CAM a 7-10 day notice when Day 1 is to be. As of 3/1/16 morning, still waiting for China approval. Until then Day 1 is still TBD.

Yes, they are buying it, but HAVE NOT YET PAID FOR IT. SLB needs to PAY before touching CAM with their XXXX HANDS!
Why wouldn't SLB be running it - makes sense- they are buying the company. Like that was a bombshell.
