Thread regarding NetApp layoffs

Companies must stop sending jobs to overseas. Govt. needs to track on companies who are sending jobs with the name of re-structuring.

Companies must stop sending jobs to overseas. Govt. needs to track on companies who are sending jobs with the name of re-structuring or with the name of saving money. It is not a viable solution because labor cost have increased way too much in other countries too and pretty much wages/base salary matches with what US employees make. India/Chinese employees save more money than any other western countries. US/West is expensive for everything and taxes are may too much. US salary range needs to increase and needed to be more due to too many expenses tied up with. This is the biggest issue in this country that companies are keep sending hard worker's people jobs and high-paid jobs to overseas. They are forcing USA employees to train India/China people and later on company fired them. This is the biggest scam in this recent history. Companies are foolish by the overseas workers, no prior experience on any technology and completely there is no truthfulness by the employees but always its all lie. Furthermore, India or China is no longer a cheaper the destination. There is no quality of work done in India or China. Its all fake. Companies needs to keep the jobs in USA to grow economy, innovation and help people pay their bills.

When it comes to Jobs.. you need to remember NetApp is self insuring. Obamacare has a TON of "free" services that the person doing the insuring needs to cover at 100% out of their own money. Guess what happens when a colon gets looked at? Thousands leave netapp. Full intense physical with all the bloodwork and the like? About a grand.. perhaps 2. There is a lot of $$$$$ as a result of the mandatory "free" stuff from Obamacare.. The losses may well be tied to all those expensive services. THEN throw in "storage = commodity" and you have a "oh crap" moment. You can't charge $2000 for a 1 TB drive.

The software is helpful, but there is good software for management outside OnTap... And things that are not as fragile... Can they get OnTap as good as concrete?
