Hogwash. We are picking rigs and busy as a bee. With our best folks around we can do more.
I would think that should be an option for good hands that were let go. In case a new job gets picked up, you can do short term contracts without having to hire anyone or pass up work to competitors.
Apparently not allowed at the moment.
They don't contract their old hands?
