Please vote no to the Apollo sale and especially to the compensation packages purpose to reward those who successfully destroyed a once proud and successful company. The Phoenix is dead and won't be rising from these ashes. Time to put a fork in it.

FYI: The proxy documents actually call it a "merger."................................ http://investors.apollo.edu/phoenix.zhtml?c=79624&p=irol-sec
It:s a buyout: and part of the buyout gives each one of our executives which got us into this place to begin with a settlement. If the buyout is approved in the neighborhood of 7 million apiece. As the current company is publicly traded they have shares to sell..the buyout agreement says that the stock price will be at $9.50 per share if the buyout is approved. and the current shareholders are said to be suing UOP Apollo group for not representing their best interest by letting the company and the cost of its stock go in the crapper but yet these Executives will get huge compensation. If the buyout is approved. the buyout has to be approved by the shareholders and it's possible they may not vote to approve the buyout but some are saying the buyout is the only way of survival for this company on any level. It will probably just be a temporary reprieve If the buyout goes through and the new investors take over then UOP Apollo will be privately owned and we'll have to answer to these investors that have a shark tank attitude and these new investors will demand profit. So UOP Apollo group has to get their books all cleaned up and reduce their Workforce to make them look as prettiy as possible for a buyout and see if they can get the shareholders to vote to approve buyout. And there is still that pesky FTC investigation that has not been resolved..So many complaints....so little time Tick Tock. Tick Tock
