Thread regarding Mattel Inc. layoffs

Tired of the bi-yearly layoffs? Tired of seeing your co-workers get let go? Tired of upper management making horrible decisions while they get bigger custom-made offices all while telling you want you can and can't do? If you have talent, desire to grow and want to fulfill your life more, then LEAVE. You'd think working for a toy company would be the best thing in the world (and it probably was 15-20 years ago) but corporate greed has taken over. Invest in yourself and move towards greener pastures. You deserve more. Anyone who stays there and complains is only hurting themselves. LEAVE and be a happier person. But don't do it without a package or a plan. Make sure you make them PAY YOU to leave. Do you really want to be lead by Richard Dickson??? Talks a great game, has some great speeches, but has proven nothing since his return. LEAVE! Do yourself the favor. What do you love more? Mattel? A paycheck? Or yourself and happiness. Choose wisely.
