Your current leadership team is complied of older individuals who have long since lost the ability to inspire creativity and lack the vision for the kind of forward thinking that will progress this company towards being a cutting edge competitor in today's toy market. They are tired, withered and use the dismissal of seasoned veterans with a proven track record for success as an excuse to validate their unjust salaries and continued employment. Thought you might like to know, since you're just as isolated and somewhat clueless as to the day-to-day operations as the people who are in charge right beneath you.
