A good manager at WFT is as hard to find as frog hair, although their bullshit capabilities and oral talents are astoundingly superior.
So the company was supposed to keep losing employees who are difficult to replace? Good engineers can leave and get jobs in other fields. If the company doesn't give them a good reason to stay, they will leave.
How much bonus was given?

10% bonuses for managers and 2 days off a month great company to work for
getting mine before end of the month! all previous years was getting either none or a part, which was frustrating and making people leave. this year is the first time getting it paid in full. there was no other choice, but to pay.
