Too many corrupt high level government officials in third world countries, especially in Middle East.
All radioactive sources are under WFT supervision, and on WFT sites.
You obviously haven't worked in a third world country. The government will not allow a service company to store its sources or perforating charges. They are either stored in a government bunker or handled and controlled by a third party security group which is the case in Iraq. The sources belonged to wft but not in their possession or control at the time they went missing.
Somebody is getting paid under the table big time.
