How can they let the Salaried employees run around on company time. Yell and scream at the employees. And have no accountability. Oh maybe because they did special favors to get where they are. California is full of them. And their bosses are in other states

Oklahoma managers are a joke. They start this new field sales team together in the mid con and put it under a certain someone and all he does is sit back and take all the credit when he does absolutely nothing. If they put the field sales back in operations like it used to be they could save the company money but that won't happen cause that certain someone in OKC that's over these field salesmen is to stuck up his bosses to realize it's not working.
Not sure if it's the same person or not.. But if it is, she's good at her job and actually not a bad person based on my interactions with her. Of course YMMV, but imo, 5200 will be (hopefully) a better place with her around.

Management isn't crazy, they just suck and are horrible people (at 5200). They know they can get away with pretty much anything at this point and will lay you off if you have anything to say about it.. or if they just don't like you... or if you don't kiss you-know-what.
As far as HR management, the newest HR manager at 5200 is professional and honest in her dealings and actually pleasant to work with. That's the first time I can say that about anyone at WFT Labs in a management role. Avoid that other HR lady at all costs. She lies.
