That's not totally true. I didn't respect Mattel earlier today. But now I hate that place. I left on my own a while ago because I couldn't stand the culture anymore. Today I found out a good friend of mine was let go by someone that didn't even know his abilities or accomplishments. There are a bunch of executives that have benefited from my friends creativity and hard work. My friend deserves better and a proper send off. Not being called in by people who are inferior in every way to be laid off. This site is a good place to vent so.........F*CK OFF Mattel.

The best of the best got let go, FYI. Mattel remains utterly oblivious and is headed for a meltdown in Asia. Google China Syndrome for a taste of what's coming.
How do you know he's talented enough to be part of the Mattel team?
Do you know other talented people at Mattel?
Is your friend, comparably, more talented? Is your friend overpaid?
Maybe she or he takes home more than she or he provides in value to Mattel?
