look at how it improved the IT dept. Now it only takes 5 business days to get the most minor trouble resolved and three of those and trying to understand them. Good luck with the next group to go.

Yes the Chinese are dumb, so dumb that the USA government would collapse in days if the dumb Chinese stopped lending the money that keeps the USA government running.
The Chinese have got to be the dumbest country on the planet. so taken advantage of and what counts for benefits is paltry at best. no wonder the British were able to conquer them in 4 years. 4 thousand years of culture and they're still the worlds industrialized doormat.

Infosys is one of the top companies for IT support while Wipro is one of the bottom tiers. If Infosys is bad, multiply that by 20 and you get Wipro. It's like comparing a Maserati to a beat up buick.

What company is doing outsourcing for you - I am on this site but I work in Oil and Gas - we outsourced to a company called Infosys and it's very bad - we laid off 70% of our IT group
