Has the big change happened yet or is it just managers nit-picking at every little thing to get people to quit?

Labs has been profitable. At least Houston area isn't bleeding money. We have been hit hard just like WFT, and are pretty lean right now. Some dept cant afford to lose anyone else.

Pick one or more

Furlough doubles to 4 days a month

No sick/personal time

Converting to salary

All hourly gotten rid of since the vermin perform all the grunt work

No more paid sick days or personal days would be my guess. That is 80 paid hours per hourly employee. Gee what a great cost savings.

Can someone please tell me why hourly people are getting hit the hardest? We are the ones that make the least amount of money we don't have company gas cards or vehicles and we don't get an expense account.
