Has anybody talk the help desk lately? The whole group should be let go for incompatence.

Looks like you should be contacting the help desk for help in spelling and grammar.
They are running on a thread, only two left to service all of SJPlace. I am sure they are not having a good time either.
It will only get worse. There are talks of outsourcing the help desk again.
